Tilapia Tacos

With avocados and creamy onions

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons each: chopped cilantro and lime juice

1/4 cup sour cream, low-fat

1 jalapeno, chopped and seeded

1 cup sliced onion

1 1/2 teaspoons each: brown sugar and paprika

1 teaspoon oregano, dried

1/2 teaspoon each: garlic powder, salt and cumin

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or to taste

4 tilapia filets, about 6 ounces each

1 tablespoon canola oil

8 corn tortillas, 6-inch size

1/2 peeled avocado, sliced

4 lime wedges for serving
